NO !!!!! networking devices do not need to be MAKEDEVed (It must be in
the FAQ)

There could be a conflict in using irq9 : I remember setting an
NE2000-compatible in the PCI slot nearest to the AGP board, and it seems
these two slots share an irq (which does not work with FreeBSD)
