	If you added the bin & sources you just need to recompile a new kernel.
Use the PAO kernel file in /usr/src/sys/i386/conf, its the same as the
GERERIC kernel but with PC card support. There's also a BIOS upgrade from
IBM, and I believe it adds a setting for a non-pnp os, but I'm not sure if
this had any effect, this was a few months ago...
