You seem to have irq for your sio4 (allocated from the list in pccard.conf)
shared with another device, thus irq conflict. Check used interrupts (vmstat
-i? I'm not sure there are irqN processes in STABLE, so you probably can't see
used interrupts with ps) and pick up one of the remaining for your pccard.
