Now this is pretty useless :-) The PS/2 keyboard was made optional in 4.2 to allow for USB only keyboard systems. Probably, your keyboard is fishy enough to not be recognised. If you remove "flags 1" on the atkbd0 line you may be in luck. Then again, maybe not... Hunt the archive for KVM switches and their effect on 4.2 for more background.
