The default clang was was the compiler through make tinderbox. The only two 
buildworlds that completed successfully were riscv.riscv64 and 
riscv.riscv64sf. All others failed.

Phil explained in a private email why he thought it compiled for him while 
make tinderbox caught the breakage. I think it's all good now.
