I downloaded the latest seamonkey2.tar.gz file from the FreeBSD
ports website at http://www.freebsd.org/ports. The last update
was Jan 5, 2009, and I submitted the PR on Jan 6.

I note that the "missing file" error happens while "patching for
FreeBSD", before the build process actually begins.
