Greetings: I am thinking about connecting a Macintosh (as client) to my PC (as server) running FreeBSD 3.1 via an ethernet link. Once this connection is up and running, would I then be able to open a dial-up PPP connection on the PC to my ISP and communicate (telnet, ftp, http) from both machines simultaneously over the single PPP connection? Would I be able to add a third machine (such as a laptop running FreeBSD) over ethernet without using a router?
