  Modified files:
    etc rc
  Log:
Cut through the discussions and settle the issue: Everything in /var/run
is blown away at boot. If sudo or other programs needs directories, they
had better make them in /usr/local/etc/rc.d/mumble.sh

  PR: 4138 5619 6793

  Revision Changes Path
  1.145 +2 -2 src/etc/rc
