On 2002-08-15, Max Clark scribbled:

# I need a new case / power supply for a dual p4 system that I am putting
# together. The motherboard is an Intel L440GX+ with a 24 pin power
# connecter.

Sounds like it's a dual P3 system (the 440 series chipset only support
the P2 or the P3 processors).

# What are the good case, power, cooling options out there? I need to try
# and not spend a bundle.

According to the specification document for the board, it will be able
to take a standard ATX power supply with only 20-pins. The spec PDF can
be found at:

ftp://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/l440gx/254151-003.pdf

As far as the case is concerned, you will probably have to find a case
that is capable of holding an Extended ATX motherboard, like the
Addtronics 7890 or the Supermicro 760 series.
