My Netgear FA310TX (Lite-On chipset) is detected as

   pn0: <82c169 PNIC 10/100BaseTX> rev 0x20 int a irq 15 on pci0.9.0
   pn0: Ethernet address: 00:a0:cc:53:1a:e6
   pn0: autoneg complete, link status good (full-duplex, 100Mbps)

under fbsd3.3, and works like a charm...
