This is not a problem yet, please defer to http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-hackers
and ask for more information there. Perhaps you will also need the freebsd-net group since this
might involve networking.  It is also possible that the runsocks application is bogus and should
be updated to run on 7.0 (which is not something for  us but for the author/developer).
