Resolv.conf is pretty straight forward. e.g. hostresorder local bind nameserver 128.95.120.2 nameserver 128.95.112.2 nameserver 128.95.120.1 domain u.washington.edu search u.washington.edu washington.edu See man resolv.conf for better info.
