Well, I am afraid the description is not entirely correct.
SC_BAD_FLICKER was not, and SC_ALT_SEQACCESS is not about optimizaion
at all.  They are about steps to be taken to update some registers.

I will be updating LINT.  Thank you for pointing out this oversight.
