An example:

# ls | more

...pressed ctrl-Z as more "paused" output...

Suspended
[1] 18566 18567
# jobs
[1]  + Done                          ls |
       Suspended                     more
# fg 1

Now job 1 is continuing, and 'more' are showing outout again.
