Strange problem. I can not find bsnmp in /etc/mtree/BSD.usr.dist. Anyone can 
explain this?

Please try to create the folder manually to check if this can solve the 
problem.
mkdir /usr/share/bsnmp
mkdir /usr/share/bsnmp/defs
mkdir /usr/share/bsnmp/mibs
