Well, my setup used to work until Feb 17 when Peter Wemm MFC'ed
some stuff into RELENG_3. From this day on it started to spit out
the above messages. I asked peter for a hint but never got a reply.
I also filed a PR since I am sure my setup is correct, see also the
FAQ:

Q: How can I setup Ethernet aliases?

A: Add ``netmask 0xffffffff'' to your ifconfig command-line like the following:

        ifconfig ed0 alias 204.141.95.2 netmask 0xffffffff
