Tell them to get involved in the libh project - Alex has been doing
some good work there and unlike the more vaporware discussions around
new packaging technology, libh already has a fair bit of code
implemented towards fixing all of the classic package tool warts. The
design is good and much of the code is good, it just needs finishing.
