It should take about 5 or 10 minutes. The exception (as has been
pointed out already) is when CVS tags go down, and every file in the
tree gets touched (or when a large vendor import goes in). Thats a
function of CVS really, though - the distribution mechanism (cvsup) is
fairly efficient.
