Subject: tcp_wrapper compiled with -DHOSTS_ACCESS?

I'm wondering if tcp_wrappers are basicly compiled with the -DHOSTS_ACCESS
option, because it doesn't matter, what I put into hosts.allow/deny, it's
always possible to access.

I looked through the patches, but I'm not a C man at all :-( so these are
spanish villages for me.

Can someone please tell me where I can find this option so I can fix next
time myself...
