The easiest way would probably have to be cvs.  I used the port cvsupit
and it did everything and worked great.  This is assuming you have
internet connectivity.  Another options would be do a cd upgrade.  Or you
could run /stand/sysinstall and do the upgrade that way.  It lets you use
a remote site...zip drive...cd-rom ..etc.
