Hi,

I can reproduce this one at my will. If I shutdown to single mode, and
then do something in the lines of:

mount -ura; umount -a; mount -a; mount -ura; umount -a; exit

I get a couple device busy messages, ps axl only shows vinum daemon and
mgetty /dev/cuaa1
