Even more specifically:

     1. If the person referenced in a "Submitted/Reviewed/Annoyed/etc by"
line has an account at freebsd.org, it is acceptable to simply use
	their username.

     2. If the person referenced does not have a freebsd.org account,
you should use "Full Name" <user@fq.d.n> notation.

It is also occasionally acceptable to use the syntax #2 and one's
own completely bogus expansion of some initial in a name, e.g.
Submitted by: "Michael ``Core dump'' Wu" <keichii@peorth.iteration.net>
just so long as the new expansion also has some especially poignant
relevance to the change being committed.
