Or is there > another that's available for us? >=20 If you have a fast 5.x i386 box, the command to build 6.x world and kernel for amd64 is (given that /usr/src is populated by 6.x sources): cd /usr/src make buildworld buildkernel TARGET_ARCH=3Damd64 It's documented in the build(7) manpage, to some extent. I've put enough effort into making it really produce bits that are installable and runnable on the target platform (only "mkmagic" tool has endianness issues at the moment). Note: this only works on relatively recent 6.x.
