You could use the BSDi version. See /usr/ports/www/bsdi-netscape47-*

Make /compat/linux/etc/resolv.conf a symlink pointing to /etc/resolv.conf.

     ln -sf /etc/resolv.conf /compat/linux/etc/resolv.conf
