Should I register a new PR ? The original problem on which this PR is
introduced is already fixed. The problem with 'pcpu' is very similar:

'pcpu' value are normal on the static processes ( e.g install net-p2p/cpumi=
ner
and run: minerd --benchmark )

but incorrect for this cases:
