Hi there,

My LastName == "hwang"
My Others == "byung-hee" (FirstName)
(... there is no MiddleName in my FullName ...)

IANA <URL:http://www.iana.org/]:
Rules: ordered by local convention and LastName -> All Caps
		EX) "HWANG Byung-Hee"

NCBI <URL:http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/>;
Rules: ordered by -> LastName, + Others
		EX) "Hwang, Byung-Hee"

FreeBSD <URL:http://www.freebsd.org/>;
Rules: ordered by -> Others + LastName (it seems like Western Style)
		EX) "Byung-Hee Hwang"

In the end,
my name is made by following way: IANA + FreeBSD ===> "Byung-Hee HWANG"

Any comments? And how do you make your name in the From entry?
