Here's the output of top -S: There is a rumour about FreeBSD's shedulers... That they are not so good for 8 cores and that you may get MORE speed by disabling 4 cores if it's possible for your system. Or even using uniprocessor kernel. Only rumour, though :-) Eugene Grosbein
