patch: updating and new port

Hi,

I did some updates to net-p2p/transmission:

1 - transmission: meta port version bump to reflect the actual ports versio=
ns;
2 - transmission-gtk: add cairo to USE_GNOME due to "stage-qa" warnings;
3 - transmission-qt4: add CONFLICTS_INSTALL due to new -qt5 port, add cairo=
 to
USE_QT4 and some LIB_DEPENDS+ due to "stage-qa" warnings, minor changes from
QT4 to Qt4 due to usage convention.
4 - transmission-qt5: new port.

I do not know how to properly attach a patch in here, however it is in the
github:

https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports/pull/65

These are my first work with ports. Please, be gentle.

Thanks!
