Thanks, I used the following and it compiled fine and
rebooted. BUT, I was just into the reboot when I realized I didn't
remember the "boot" argument to boot my old kernel if something
went wrong, isn't it

boot: boot kernel.GENERIC ?


device sbc0 at isa? port 0x220 irq 5 drq 1 flags 0x15
