This mean that host is not on local network, but it announced to be.
Mayb, it is defined as router. I mean that route to 13.10.X.X is
defined through 13.10.15.10, but it must b defined through 10.X.X.X.
Check any network-related files/setups, does they contain this
address. 'ifconfig', /etc/hosts, `netstat -rn` and DNS mayb good
start.
