There are lot of solutions on google seach but I expect to find a simple and straightforward way. ghostscipt ps2pdf working on pdf files, converting them to ps files, then combining them and afterwards converting the resultant file to pdf file again. htmldoc iText etc. for html files. htmldoc is alreading running on my OS but I could not get it to work. I suppose it came together on installing FreeBSD 5.2 I will start another thread seeking for advice from folks on the mailing list in this respect. B.R.
