I didn't do very much testing, but it is certainly a much lower occurence than
before.  I can now read a 650M+ file from a CD and do
dd if=/dev/acd[0,1]c of=/dev/null bs=2048
without getting the READ_BIG errors.  I couldn't do this before.

Well, I've done a few tests without any errors...  ATM I don't have time
to do extensive testing, when I have i'll do some more tests.
