I really believe that this has already been more than adequately explained, as well as being documented in the latest BIND documentation (see http://www.isc.org), so I'm not sure that I could add anything more on the subject. If someone out there has a bogus hostname, simply tell them to fix it. FreeBSD is merely complying with the current standards and isn't even responsible for BIND, we simply bundle it as it comes from the Internet Software Consortium and have to play by the rules they set. The fact that others may not be playing by the rules makes this no less correct. :) - Jordan > Alright, here are my questions.
