I was careless in play back stdio in more. But it is not.

% uname -r
2.2.6-STABLE
% setenv LANG ko_KR.EUC
% more foo.txt
FreeBSD ^F^w^F^n ^D^]^w^z^|^G^@^z ^C^V^|^R^@^G ^s^k^w^B^@^x^w^N ^|^v^x^y^@^z ^A
^~^w^y^@^G ^~^n^G^C^x^n^D^I^@^L^|^G^@^{
^D^D^F^D^@^O^G^O^p^m ^|^s^D^a^G^R ^|^v ^@^V^u^u^w^O ^G^U^t^O^t^Y.

....

% env LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libxpg4.so.2.0 more foo.txt
(it works..)

When I set LANG to en_US.ISO8859-1, it works in 8-bit chars.
