After all, it worked... I had to ./MAKEDEV snd1, and keep the 'pcm0'
line... I still have strange output from reboot (dmesg -v):

Luigi told me there was no reason to use pcm1 in my kernel, but I don't

And YES, I did rebuilt my kernel many times with many configuration, to
the point of getting ones freezing!!!
