You could visit
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/kern/uipc_socket2.c?r1=1.55.2.6
and get the diff to 1.55.2.5 that made 2.6.

This will show the code that fixed uipc_socket2.c and then, all you
would have to do is make a new kernel.
