The linux JRE cannot find the bootstrap classes which are not where they should b, thus your build bombing out. I'd suggest not to build this particular port in /usr/tmp (i guess you have a symlink /usr/ports -> /usr/tmp) ... -- UNIX *IS* user friendly.
