Main and big problem is: this was not bad disk :-( At begining. 
It just have died (so now it is not recognized by BIOS). I think
that something in FreeBSD kernel triggered something in UDMA IDE 
controller. And something in IDE controller have sent my HDD to 
hardware hell :-(
