Sounds good to me!  Any attempt to fill in the `*'d portions of the
Handbook will also be met with great enthusiasm! ;)

Just the SGML formatted sources and some idea of where you'd like
them integrated into the handbook.  If it's changes to existing
material, diffs will do fine!
