IIRC, access.unclassified is an artifact of a CVS reorganization and
should go away.

The freebsd-java mailing list and its readers have been filling this
role for quite some time.

I'm not sure it's necessary to list the various liasons as 'seats'.
If someone volunteers to fill that role to another project, that's
great, but the FreeBSD project seems to be able to make progress
with or without such things.  Whether more would be a better thing,
is a different discussion I guess.
