in /usr/scr/sys/i386/conf

modify your kernel file like this :

# Olicom Token RING
device  oltr
pseudo-device   token

if you have a problem with the "promisc mode" you can disable it at the boot=
 :

Modify the source code /usr/src/sys/contrib/dev/oltr/if_oltr.c :

     989 * Set promiscious mode for now...
     990          */
     991         /* TRlldSetPromiscuousMode(sc->TRlldAdapter,=
 TRLLD_PROM_LLC);
     992          * ifp->if_flags |=3D IFF_PROMISC;
     993          */
     994         /*
     995 * Block on the ring insert and set a timeout
     996          */
     997         tsleep(sc, PWAIT, "oltropen", 30*hz);
     998
     999         /*
    1000 * Set up receive buffer ring
    1001          */
    1002         for (i =3D 0; i < RING_BUFFER_LEN; i++) {

AND

config [your Kernel]
make depend
make
make install
