You're right...we're talking about two different things. (I'm not sure which one Dima was referring to.) The only issue I have with Appendix F is that some of it seems a little dated ("Jordan's Picks" for motherboards mentions those that support the Pentium, Pentium II, and Pentium Pro, for instance).
