Please, can we make nspluginwrapper a dependency of linux-c6-flashplugin11?

If not a dependency, then can we improve the introductory text? It 
currently reads:

An improved introduction might read:

> Message from linux-c6-flashplugin-…:
> If this is your first time installing Adobe Flash Player, you must
