It's easier than ever with 2.2.x.:-)

Use /stand/sysinstall and in post-install configuration choose install
additional distribution sets chose custom with space bar choose src
again with space bar and then choose sys even again with space bar
then <ENTER> your way out choose your media blah blah.

All under the assumption you have your ppp set up.
