Subject:   connecting pc camera through natd

I have an Intel PC Pro Camera currently connected to my laptop, a
machine hung on my internal network with internet access through natd.
Is there a way to make this camera accessible from the outside, i.e.
to specify a port that will get through natd to the camera?
