No, though it may be possible to run a SCO version using ICBS2 emulation.

msql is in the 'ports' collection (under 'databases' :-)

msql has a SQL interface (but no pre-compiler).

There is also a version of Ingres around (you might want to check the
'questions' mail archive at 'www.freebsd.org') and I'm sure Postgres
could be built.
