Any chance for a USR 2415 (PCI 802.11) card?  I'm running -current,
and it does not seem to see the PCI->PCMCIA bridge:

pci0: <bridge, PCI-unknown> at device 7.3 (no driver attached)
unknown: <PNP0303> can't assign resources (port)
unknown: <PNP0c02> can't assign resources (port)
unknown: <PNP0501> can't assign resources (port)
unknown: <PNP0501> can't assign resources (port)
unknown: <PNP0700> can't assign resources (port)
unknown: <PNP0f13> can't assign resources (irq)
