Note that it doesn't quite work for me (Gigabyte Titan motherboard
with i848P chipset); if I let the timer expire, the machine shuts down
but does not reboot, and requires a power cycle to come back up.  This
can just as easily be a hardware or BIOS bug as a driver bug, though.
In any case, careful testing is advised before using this driver in a
production setting.
