I have ELINE 576-PS (PCTel PCT789T-A Chipset) internal modem device and need to set it up under FreeBSD 4.7 box. GENERIC kernel says when booting: pci0: <unknown card> (vendor=0x134d, dev=0x7897) at 11.0 irq 9 As you see my modem is unknown for GENERIC kernel. I saw /boot/defaults/loader.conf and found no line corresponding to that particular modem at all. What should I do to make the system see the device and interact with one. Any help would be apreciated. -- Best regards, Сергей mailto:flux@hotbox.ru
