 Hi,

Please try to disable the legacy USB Support in BIOS.
This helped with an Acer Aspire 1522 WLMi (also a VIA chipset) that did
not like to boot from any amd64 FreeBSD version. Remember to still
disable the acpi. The latest current snapshot will probably allow the ACPI
 to be enabled.

 /Kent
